BLACK PRINCE CUSTOMER GUIDELINES TIER 2

 

Please see below our new operating processes for Tier 2 restrictions, which will help us to remain Covid Safe.

 

  • We will be Re-opening on Thursday 3rd December.

 

  • Only 1 household or support bubble per table booking will be accepted.

 

  • All Alcoholic drinks must be accompanied with a meal.

 

  • As per the Government guidelines, once you have finished your meal you will need to vacate your table within a reasonable timescale.

 

  • A maximum booking size of 4 people unless discussed with us prior to your booking confirmation due to the limited amount of tables and space we have available.

 

  • We respectfully request that you adhere to the social distancing guidelines which are in place at all times.

 

  • We will do our very best to make things as normal as we can but will need your support in following the guidelines in place, this means we can continue to open and support our amazing local community.

 

  • TOILETS

will be a ‘one in, one out’ policy to both the ladies & gents restrooms. Customers will be expected to wait for their turn to enter whilst sticking to the 1-meter rule.

        

  • SEATING

All customers will be expected to remain seated as much as possible whilst visiting us. This rule relates to both inside tables    and tables in the garden. We respectfully request that our younger customers are always kept seated & supervised by parents to maintain social distancing.There will be no ordering from the bar at all, with all orders being taken from a member of staff and then delivered directly to your table.

 

  • SANITIZE STATIONS

        There are clearly marked stations for customers to sanitize their hands. We request that these are used all the time.

 

  • GENERAL SOCIAL DISTANCING

        This is key to us being able to safely open again. Due to this we will not be able to move furniture around to increase table    

         sizes which includes adding chairs onto the end of tables. We will be restricting the size of your table bookings.
